The hospital strategy is to improve the current status of health care delivery by expanding its services and technology, upgrading and improving the physical condition of its existing facilities, combining its health care resources for a more efficient model of health care delivery, increasing its current bed capacity to accommodate the needs of its patients, and create a system for health care professionals to work as one team within the hospital.

Requirements:
American / Canadian Board or the Western European equivalent and a minimum of three years post board experience.
