Our client is a global firm providing a range of products and services. The company is seeking a Director Human Resources in the Consumer Division. Essential Responsibilities: In working with the Senior HR Team, this split responsibility role has been created to support Global Consumer HR initiatives as well as manage the global Target Setting Process and manage the online system. The responsibilities related to the HR global Consumer Division include managing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning,Target Setting, Key strategic projects, and Tactical initiatives. The responsibilities related to the HR global Target Setting role is managing the global target setting process including responsibility of the target tracking and monitoring, bonus, HR dashboard for the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
Four year degree/or equivalent in an accredited university in Business, Human Resources or related field
8 + years HR professional related experience
Strong knowledge of employment law in United States
Individual must possess good technical skills and aptitude to operate and manage Microsoft Office, ERP systems HR and Finance
Desired Characteristics:
Masters degree
Bilingual - German, Dutch, Portuguese or Chinese preferred

Eligibility Requirements:
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Willingness to work across multiple time zones when needed (based in Stamford, CT)
Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
